So how is everyone enjoying Mr. Winter hanging on? Woke up yesterday morning to about 3" of new snow and it is snowing again this morning. For work, I've started a bear rug. This bear was over 600 lbs and is bigger then a 4x8 sheet of plywood. I've also finished up some fish since the last time I posted. Turkey season has started here in Wisconsin. This weather may slow the hens down from laying eggs. That's it for today, have a great day Central Wisconsin.

Good morning to all. It looks like it is going to be a beautiful Easter weekend. This morning we have been watching turkeys out in the field. A good friend is out there with his daughter for the turkey youth hunt. The youth hunt in Wisconsin started this morning and end tomorrow. Good luck to all those taking part in it. Like last year I will not be doing full mount turkeys this year at Stone Wall Taxidermy. I will still be doing fan/beard plaques.
Hope everyone has a happy Easter.

Good morning from central Wisconsin.
Looks like we are in for a nice day here in Western Shawano County. Today I will be spending time on deer shoulder mounts. I'm looking out our windows to see a flock of turkeys walking through our food plot. The turkey youth hunt is next weekend and then the regular season opens the following Wednesday. Good luck to all ho will be hunting.
